This is not a regular project; the client will purchase as "autopromotor." This means they buy the land along with a contract to build a house on that piece of land.
We start building the client's house when we sign the reservation, and we estimate around 18 months for completion.
What's great about this concept is that it allows clients to make adjustments! They can not only choose finishes but also make structural changes, like expanding or reducing the size of the house, or even adding an underground level if they want. This level of flexibility is quite rare these days!
It's also important to mention that we choose super premium finishing materials. The windows will be premium double-glazed units with a special sun filter from Cortizo!
